This family, particularly the father of this lovely family became near and dear to my heart the fall of 2015. We had just moved to Spring Hill and were starting at a new school. He was my oldest daughters 2nd grade teacher and I knew the minute I met him at “Meet the Teacher” night that she was going to have a great year! I was more then right. She had a pretty rough year with continual illnesses and had a hard time getting back into school routines and she knew nobody so had to make new friends. He helped her catch up and settle back into the routine every time. He is such a carrying, compassionate man and a wonderful teacher. I had the honor of photographing his granddaughters newborn session that year and really go to know part of his family. I have prayed for the passed two years that my shy middle daughter would also have him for second grade and just a few days ago we found out that out of the 9 second grade teachers she was in HIS class. What a blessing again!!! Now to make sure he doesn’t retire before my baby has him in second grade in 4 years!! His sweet wife is also a teacher at the same school and she is a blessing to so many as well. Although, we haven’t had her for a teacher we know her and know that she is a wonderful person and touches the lives of each of her students. This spring family session couldn’t have been any more perfect!! We photographed 4 generations together at their beautiful home. I sure hope that my husband and I still look at each other the same way they do when we have grandchildren running around! The pure love for each other shows in every photo. Their coordinated outfits looked amazing and complimented their gorgeous home and landscaping so well. I am so blessed to know this family and be able to capture so many memories for them.
